	2 Days in Rome and other stuff - Tom and Christin went to Rome for two days.  There was time for sightseeing and a Christmas Party at the US Embassy.  Later in the month, when Christin's parents came to town, we celebrated Liv's birthday in Venice... video - 2 days in Rome- 18 mb video - Liv's Venice Birthday- 19 mb

	27 Sep 03 Venice, Italy- The family took a quick day trip to Venice.  We got up early at took the 730am train and were strolling around Venice by 900am.  We hit St Mark's square, a big bridge or two, and Murano Island for a nice lunch.  The weather was great and we made it home by 5 pm
	27 Sep 03 Around Town - Just some misc snapshots - first day of school, etc.
	Updated 1 Sep 03 - Christin's Birthday - Christin celebrated her first birthday outside the United States.  Fortunately, things didn't get too crazy...We hung some pictures, then just hung out, then had some dinner at a local resturaunt.  Christin and Connor tried some octopus - it was great!
	Updated 4 Aug 03 - Lake Chiemsee, Bavaria, Germany, July 2003.  Tom had a business trip and the whole family got to go and enjoy the location.  Wow,,,this location has everything.  See all the pics of the trip here.
	Early July 2003 > Early outings  updated 18 Jul 03 Over a weekend, we went to the beach at Lignano and visited the small town of Sacile.  The beach was an hour-long drive on the Autostrada, or Italian toll highway.  Unfortunately the waves on the Adriatic Sea are too docile for body surfing so we spent time people watching and catching rays. Sacile was a quaint little town with nice trattorias and shopping, only 15 minutes away.   See all of the pics here.
	Summer 2003 > the big move!  updated 15 Jul 03 goodbye USA...The transition to Italy begins in June and hopefully the ordeal will be finished in July when we move into our new pad.
Future adventures:
	TBD - Summer 2004 > Salzburg Music Fesival held every summer in Mozart's hometown; Christin's gotta be there!
