Update: Garmsich 2004
This is the blog entry for our trip to Garmisch 25 Dec 04 - 2 Jan 05.
28 Dec 04 @ 1045 - Hausberg Lodge (Free wireless internet, yeah!): We arrived safely after a treacherous drive through the Dolomites. All the winter storms that hit the States must have blown across the pond and hit us, too! The new resort is great. The kids have been to the swimming pool, the arcade, the restaurants, kids area.....and so on and so on. Rachele started ski week on Monday and has already made some friends. Tuesday she headed up the big mountain for some real skiing. Tom and Connor headed up the Classic on Monday to get in some big boy snowboarding. Tuesday, Connor decided to hang out in the backyard. He's good enough to be showing off for all the girls just learning. Liv has settled in nicely at the Garmisch CDC. Miss Alli is her teacher. Both of them recognized one another from last year. Liv spends her day playing and her nights swimming, playing computer games, eating, and sleeping. Needless to say - everyone is wiped out by evening.

Olivia's 4th Birthday
Olivia was 4 (FOUR!) today. We celebrated with lunch at the Aviano Inn (liv had tortellini e panna e prosciutto), then a little party with some friends. She was rewarded with some nice presents and a lemon cake. See all the pics by clicking on the link. A video is in production - look for the link here soon.

Garmisch Germany Winter 2004
This is the blog entry for our trip to Garmisch 25 Dec 04 - 2 Jan 05. Here's a pic from last year - Tom drinking a beer at the McDonald's in Garmisch. Eventually there will be pics/and other info from this year. Purpose of the trip is some winter relaxation and skiing/snowboarding. We'll also attend the Four-Hills ski-jump championship in Partenkirchen. It was real fun last year. For now, here are some links for our planning purposes:

Little Programmer
Olivia surfs the web on her pint-size wireless PC at her kitchen table in Italy. She is fully checked out on surfing and a few kiddie games. She is still trying to decide if she likes the mouse in her left hand or in her right...Now if I can only get her to update this site I could relax a little!

Connor G is the man...
We're not sure why the boy is happy, but something positive is going on...Is it the new haircut? Is it because he finished Jak II? Or did he just finish the piano lessons he has been lazily avoiding? He is definitely up to something, that's for sure...
